الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات وعلى شارع رئيسي
هناك ايضا مواقف خلفيه للفندق
يعاب عليه قلة العمالة في الاستقبال والفندق
التأخر بعض الشي في الخدمات
شقق عاديه جدا لاترتقي الى فندقيه
اللفت بطيء جدا عند النزول والطلوع
السعر المفروض لايتجاوز 150 ريال لليله
الفرش والكنب يحتاج الى تجديد
My opinion of the hotel in general in terms of:
The location is excellent, close to services and on a main street
There is also parking in the back of the hotel
He is blamed for the lack of labor in the reception and hotel
Some delay in services
Very ordinary apartments that do not rise to a hotel
Turnip is very slow when descending and rising
The price charged is not more than 150 riyals per night
Upholstery and sofa need updating

▪️الشقة مساحتها ممتازة
ونظافتها لابأس بها ٧/١٠
▪️الحمام ومشتقاته من شامبو وغيرها ينقصه غسالة ملابس وتجي حسب الطلب وغالباً مايوفرون لك ٧/١٠
▪️الصالة فيها كنبه نظافتها جيدجداً ومساحتها ممتازة ٧/١٠
▪️المطبخ صغير جداً وينقصه أشياء كثيرة "مثل فرن كهربائي -شاهي وسكر واقراص نسكافه - كاسات شاهي - …)٦/١٠
▪️غرف النوم اسرتها جيدة ونظافتها ممتازة والجميل ارضية الغرفة فرشة موكيت ومريحة نوعاً ما ٧.٥/١٠
?الاسعار تحتاج لتخفيض بعض الشي مقارنة بالشقة والجوده والمستوى

Apartment for rent with two bedrooms and one bathroom

And its cleanliness is okay 7/10
▪️ The bathroom and its derivatives from shampoo and others lack a washing machine and come on demand and often they provide you with 7/10
▪️ The hall has a sofa, its cleanliness is very good, and its area is excellent 7/10
▪️ The kitchen is very small and lacks many things "such as an electric oven - tea, sugar, Nescafe tablets - tea cups -...) 6/10
▪️ The bedrooms have good beds, excellent cleanliness, and the floor of the room is carpeted and somewhat comfortable 7.5/10
? Prices need to be reduced somewhat compared to the apartment, quality and standard

صراحه شكل الفندق من برا جميل وفخم وخدمة الاستقبال ممتازه وعندهم خدمة ال(laundry) كويسه
لكن لما اخذنا السويت صراحه سيء النظافة ماكانت جيده بالاضافه الى ان في ريحه في الغرفه مادري وش مصدرها والغرفه ماكانت مجهزه بشكل كامل لضيافة مستأجر جديد راح يجي فيها والدولاب كان مكسور والحمام الله يكرمكم ( نظافته سيئة للأسف) اتمنى بجد الاهتمام والنظافه لان المكان موقعه جميييل واطلالته من برا ممتازه حرام تخسر ادارة الفندق مستأجرين عشان هالسبب ..
I rented the hotel on Eid days
Frankly, the hotel looks beautiful and luxurious, the reception service is excellent, and they have a good laundry service
But when we took the suite, frankly, the cleanliness was not good. In addition, there was a smell in the room. I don’t know what its source was. The room was not fully equipped to accommodate a new tenant who would come in. The cupboard was broken, and the bathroom, may God bless you (its cleanliness is bad, unfortunately). From an excellent land, it is forbidden for the hotel management to lose tenants because of this reason..
