★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قدمت شكوى على الفني 4 مرات ولاحد تجاوب معاي بسبب اتصل علي وقت صلاة ولارديت عليه طويل العمر لمدة 15 دقيقه وبعد ما دقيت عليه مايرد مع ان عمله ينتهي 9م ولاحد عبر شكواي للاسف !!!! والشركه معطينا موعد اسبوعين 14 يوم ولا قلنا شي ?
هذي والصيانه بفلوس قاعد اتخيل لو انها ببلاش وش كان بيصير !!!!
نجاح اي شركه من نجاح خدمة عملائها انا انصح الشركه بدال مايوظفون شخص للشكاوى بقيمة راتبه يزيدون راتب هالفني عشان يحترم العميل ويحترم الشركه
على العموم الجهاز للبيع استخدام حشمه ( سبب البيع إدارة خدمة العملاء ما امسكها بقاله ) ?
I submitted a complaint to the technician 4 times and no one answered me because he called me at the time of prayer and I answered him for a long life for 15 minutes and after I called him he did not respond even though his work ends 9 pm and no one through my complaint unfortunately!!!! And the company gave us an appointment of two weeks 14 days and we didn't say anything ?
This and maintenance is with money, I can imagine if it was for free and what would have happened!!!!
The success of any company is part of the success of serving its customers. I advise the company instead of hiring someone to complain about the value of his salary. They increase the salary of Halfini so that he respects the customer and the company.
