انا اشتريت مكيفات كيان وللاسف لم تكن حسب ماسمعت عنهامن من كفائه بل اسوء من سيء وكذالك الصيانه يعطونك موعد ولايلتزمون فيه ف نصيحتي عدم الشراء منها اسأل مجرب وبالله التوفيق .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحقيقة لم اكن اتوقع تعامل الشركة بعد طلبي قاعدة معدنية للوحدة الداخلية ١٨ الف
حيث تفاجأت بتعامل الموظفين وعدم معرفتهم بسعر محدد واصبحت كاني في حراج
وفي النهايه حددو السعر ب ١٠٠ ريال !!!!
قطعة معدنية صغيرة وكانها ذهب
خرجت من المعرض بدون شراء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في الحقيقة مكيفات كيان "إنرجي"من أفضل المكيفات التي إمتلكتها..ولكن الإصدارات الأخيرة فيها مشاكل كثيرة..كذلك الوكيل ومسؤولي الصيانة سيئين جدا..إذا كان منزلك في شمال الرياض يرسلون لك أفضل عمالة "فلبينيين" أما إذا كان منزلك غرب او شرق او جنوب يرسلون لك عمالة ابو كلب وبدون تنسيق تتفاجأ بهم يقولون حنا في الحي..طيب نسقوا معي قبلها بساعتين عالأقل..!

اتكلم من خلال تجربتي مع المكيفات شريت تقريبآ ١٨ مكيف مابين ١٨ الى ٢٤ الف وحده لبيتي عانيت من مشاكل كثيره المشكله الاولى/دينو مروحة الوحده الخارجيه دائمآ تخرب بعد انتهاء الضمان وتركبها الشركة ٢٥٠ ريال جديده .
علمآ ان توجد محلات برا بجوده افضل ب ١٠٠ ريال مع التركيب وتقدر تغير الرمان ب ٥٠ريال مع التركيب. وانت مخير بينها .
المشكله الثانيه/تهريب ماء بستمرار وكل ماجت الشركه تسوي تنظيف للمجرى الماء ويصلح بعدها بفتره يرجع وعلى هالطريقه حتى اشتكيتهم على التجاره وبعدها غيرو بعض ديكورات ومجرى الوحدات الداخليه .
المشكله الثالثه/صوت صفير في المروحه الداخليه ويتم تشحيمها كل سنه .

The second problem / the smuggling of water continuously and all Magt company settled cleaning of the water stream and reform after a period of return and on Haltrekha even complained about the trade and then changed some decorations and internal units.
The third problem / the sound of the siren in the internal fan is lubricated every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكيفات جدا رائعه صيانه سيئه 20 يوم من بلغتهم وكل يوم رد مختلف ماجوك - بكرى - قطع غيار مع الفني خطاء واعذار ومازلت انتظرهم الى الان راح اتقدم بشكوى لوزاره التحاره للمره الثانيه فيما يخص الصيانه والضمان مماطله ؟؟؟؟؟
