★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سبب اعطاء نجمة واحدة لا يتم اشعار العميل بعدم وجود الزيت الاصلي وبعد تفريغ الزيت القديم يساومون بزيت لا نعلم مدى جودته ولا يوجد لدى ادارة الشركة قسم شكاوي لاستقبال شكوى العميل وتزويده برقم للتصعيد لوزارة التجارة
