★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مكتب تعاملت معاه استأجرت سيارة و جيت اليوم الخميس عشان اسلمها المكتب مغلق من بعد المغرب كيف اسلم السيارة وايش ذنبي اتحمل يوميتها القادمة وانا مو في حاجتها و بكرة جمعة يعني مضطر تجلس السيارة عندي لين يوم السبت هذا اذا فتحوا المكتب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرت سيارة اكسنت هونداي من مطار الملك خالد بالرياض وتفاجأت عند استلامها بسوءها على جميع النواحي.
السوء استمر حتى عند ذهابي للفرع الخاص بالشركة لتسليمها حيث كان مغلق وعند اتصالي برقم الموظف افادني أنه في الطريق إلى البنك لإجراء عملية إيداع وطلب مني الانتظار حتى يعود لفتح المكتب!!!
تعاملت مع أغلب شركات التأجير في المملكة وبن قبلان كانت أسوأ مؤسسة
I rented a Hyundai Accent car from King Khalid Airport in Riyadh and was surprised when receiving it, how bad it is in all respects.
The misfortune continued even when I went to the company’s branch to hand it over, as it was closed and when I called the employee’s number, he told me that he was on the way to the bank to make a deposit and he asked me to wait until he came back to open the office !!!
I dealt with most of the rental companies in the Kingdom and Bin Kaplan was the worst institution

مكتب سيئ جداً معي رقم الجوال من 3 شهور استخرجته من STC وكل العملاء يتواصلون معي والمكتب الفاشل لم يتخذ اي اجراءات بتعديل رقم الهاتف اواجه ازعاج يومي من الإتصالات اضطر اقفل رقمي مدة طويل

Very bad office. I have the mobile number 3 months ago. I extracted it from STC. All clients contact me. The failed office did not take any measures to modify the phone number. I face daily inconvenience from calls, I had to block my number for a long time
