السلام عليكم .. أولاً نسال الله العلي القدير القبول. بالنسبه للحملة ماانصح فيها ابد ابد اننحش! ،،الشي الوحيد الزين فيها الموقع فقط لااكثر!! يعني ماخافًون الله كل هالمبالغ الي تدفع لهم ولافيه خدمات تريح الحجاج. الاكل مع الأسف سيّء جدا "الله يكرم النعمه" ماعدا الفطور مقبول. في استهتار عجيب بالحمله من منى الى عرفات الى مزدلفة ولا لوحة للحمله !!!!! كل الحملات حاطين لوح إرشاديةبدائية الا هم. مااقول الا اتقو الله.. المشكله لهم على الأقل!!! خمس سنوات يسوون حملات ولافكرو يعلقون لوحة للحمله بالاتجاهات والمواقع شي غريب. على بالهم مطلعين صف طلاب رحله" اتوقع كذا عقلية منظمين الحملة. بالاخير نسال الله لنا ولهم الصلاح والقبول والسداد. وأتمنى يزورون حملة جنبهم اسمها البشاير يتعلمون شوي!! سلام

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحملة سيئة جدًا من ناحية الإعاشة والمسكن ودورات المياه اعزكم الله .. تجربه سيئه ولا انصح بالحج معهم اطلاقا نظرا لرداءة ما ذكرته سابقا وعدم تجاوب الإدارة مع شكاوي الحجاج .. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

لأريد أن أطيل عليكم و لكن نصيحتي لكم إذا أردتم الحج فلا تجعلوا حملة الجليس الصالح من خياراتكم نهائياً،،،
أنا عن نفسي حجّيت و معي أهلي و دفعت لهم مبلغ 11313 تقريباً للشخص الواحد بدون الهدي( قلت أشري راحتي بفلوسي) و لم أتخيّل أنّي ذاهب ل معاناة حقيقية بداية من ذهابنا يوم 6 (بدري) و عودتنا يوم 14،،،،
ب دوري و من حقّي رفعت عليهم شكوى إلى مدير عام شؤون حجاج الداخل و أرفقتها ببعض الصور و ننتظر ما تؤول إليه الشكوى،،،

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا من حجاج ١٤٣٨ هـ مع الحمله والحمله للامانه خدماتها من الاكل والمشروبات و المفارش و المكيفات في (منى) فقط. للامانه الى حد ما ممتازه اما في مزدلفة فتعبانه مره لكن ادارة هذي الحمله من تفويج الحجاج و الباصات للحرم و الذهاب لعرفه و خدمة كبار السن والخدمه لحجاج هذي الحمله تعبانه مرررره واقل من صفر من عشره يعني مثال لا الحصر تنزل الحرم بباص رقم ١٦ يغيرون مكان الباص ولوحة الباص الى ١٢ وانت تفر موقف كدي تدور باصك ومعك كبير سن ولا يخبرونك او يعلمونك يبونك تكتشف انت . وموااااقف كثيره في ادارتهم جدا تعبانه لكن الله يتقبل منا يارب العالمين.

حملة سيئة جدا و تجربة لن أكررها أبدا
خدمات سئية مقارنة مع السعر العالي لا تقارن.
عدد الحجاج في الغرقة الواحدة كثيرا جدا
سواء الرجال و النساء ..
دورة المياة قليلة و تصدر منها رائحة كريهة و لاسيما التي في الدور الأسفل .
البوفيه لا يمكن أن يستساغ طعم سيئ جدا جدا جدا ?♀️
( فطور غداء عشاء )
الناس حطوا حيلهم بالزبادي و الفاكهة ..
الطباخين ( الطبخ بديرة و هم بديرة ) من تشوف أشكالهم تعيف جميع مايصلحون ?..
سلم الكهرباء خربان ما صلح الا يوم العيد و معنا عجائز و شيبان خلوهم يركبون الدرج اللي هذا طوله ، يمشي درجتين ثلاث و يرتاح يأخذ نفس ،، موقف تكرر أمام ناظري ،، يندى له الجبين ،، يتفطر قلبك والله ،،
مخيم مزدلفة
عشاء معلب ( العصير و الكروسان و الحليب يغلي من الحرارة )
مرتبة النوم و سخة و كل وباء فيها ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حملة سيئة لا انصح بها ... العدد اكبر بكتير من الامكانيات . كنا ٤٤ حاجه في نفس الغرفه. الكراسي قديمة و الاسفنج بها لا يصلح للاستخدام يحتاج للتغيير لان النوم و الجلوس عليها غير مريح بالمرررره. لا يوجد مكان لموضع قدم عند فرد الكراسي المهترئة للنوم.. لذلك من يرغب بالحركة بينها لابد ان يتخبط بجميع النائمين حتى يصل لباب الغرفه... بنات البوفيه يقمن بغرف عينات على طرف مغرفة الطعام و مع ذلك لا يتبقى أكل للجميع.. لابد من الانتظار في طابور طويل للوصول لبوفيه الطعام و الحمامات ايضا.مشرفة البوفيه تتحدث بطريقة سيئة جدا و كأننا نتسول منها الطعام.عربات الجولف قليله جدا و موجوده للديكور فقط.. اضطررنا للركوب مع عربات الجولف للحملات الأخرى للتنقل.المكان غير مجهز للامطار.. وقع حائط بعد الامطار.و انقطعت الكهرباء لفتره و جلسنا بدون مكيفات. يوجد ممنوعات لملابس النساء اتفاجأنا بها عند وصولنا . كان يجب التنويه عنها حتى لا يحدث ذلك بعد وصولنا للمخيم في منى.

The power went off for a while and we sat without air conditioning. There are forbidden women's clothing that we were surprised upon arrival. It should have been noted so that it does not happen after we arrived at the camp in Mina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حملة سيئة،لا أعلم عن القسم الرجالي ولكن في القسم النسائي المشرفات فظات يتدخلن فما لا يعينهن، أيضا يتحدثون بالمكروفون ليلا ونهارا لا يتركون للحاج فرصة للتعبد و النوم، يظنون أن الجميع قادم للتسلية وليس للعبادة، لا يحترمون وقت النوم، فهل يعقل أن تعطي محاضرة الساعة الواحدة ليلاً! حملة جيدة لمن تريد الذهاب لمخيم ترفيهي من النوع الطلابي و ليس مخيم خاص بالحج
