★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سعر التوصيل مبالغ فيه ... زحمة عارمة بسبب وجود موظف واحد يستقبل الطلبات غير سعودي إلا أنه للأمانة على قدر عالي من الخلق رغم الزحمة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيئ جدا، تأخربوصول الطرود وتاخر بإرسال رسائل نصية، والرسائل لا يوجد فيها توقيت العمل. لا انصح فيه يوجد خيارات افضل منه بكثير، توقيت العمل غير مناسب إطلاقا في الظهر وشدة حرارة الشمس.
Very bad handling, parcel delay and delay in sending text messages, and messages have no working time. I do not recommend it, there are much better options than it, the timing of work is totally inappropriate in the back and the intensity of the sun's heat.

كرتون جوال صغير ب ٧٥ ريال ويقلك حساس على شان يحطك في الزون ابو ٧٥.
كرتون كبير ٣٠ ريال .

Tracking parcels is bad online.
A small cell phone box of 75 riyals, and a sensitive person tells you about what will land you in the Abu 75 zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة زاجل اداره فاشله شركة مستهتره حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم لاتحترمون مواعيدكم ولاتحترمون عقول العملاء الطلبيه المفروض على كلام الموظف توصل في خلال ٤٨ ساعه والان صارلي تسعة ايام انتظرها وانا اتصل وادور عليكم وكل موظف يقول رفعت شكوتك وبيتواصل معك المسؤول وفي الاخير حبة بندول يعني تسليكً على العموم اتمنا يتواصل معاي احد الاداره او راح ارفع شكوتي لوزارة التجاره ووقتها الطلبيه لكم واخذ حقي من تسيبكم هذا احرجتونا مع الزباينً
والله حتى نجمه خساره فيكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سرعة في التسليم في رمضان يشتغلوا إلى الساعة ١ صباحا بس المفروض يعدلوا مواعيد العمل على قوقل علشان الناس اللي جاية من بعيد هذا عيبهم الوحيد
Fast delivery in Ramadan, they work until 1 am, but they are supposed to adjust working hours on Google, because people who come from far away, this is their only flaw
