لاكن عملت مقابلة عمل ( كانت من افشل الشركات الي تعمل مقابلات تخصصك في الشرق والمقابلة في الغرب )
السيفي واضح تخصصك في ويسألك عن تخصص ثاني حتى لو خبرتك ضعيفة شوي في التخصص الي سألك عنه يروح يركز على الشي الي غير تخصصك و طريقة الاسئلة كانت غلط وفاششلة كثير
نصيحه اذا محتاجين موظفين وعمملتو مقابلة ركزو على التخصص الي في السيرة الذاتية وشوفو خبرة الشخص وبعدين حبة حبة ادخلو في التخصصات الثانية
النصيحة الثانية - المقابلات كلها فاشلة بشكل عام لكل الشركات
ارض الواقع هي تحدد مستوى الشخص وخبرته

Al-Sifi is clear that you specialize in and asks you about a second specialty, even if your experience is a little weak in the specialty he asked you about.
Advice: If you need employees and do an interview, focus on the specialization in the CV and see the person’s experience, and then one by one, enter the second specialties
Second tip - all interviews are generally a failure for all companies
