الجودة والاتقان والابداع موجودة ... ولكن السلبية الوحيدة هو (الوقت ) والتأخير ..اللي باله مو طويل .. ما يصلح له .. .و في (انتظار) استكمال باقي المخططات ليتم التقييم مرة أخرى
 The initial design was done for me in a modern and elaborate way, exploiting the spaces and conforming to the new code..with engineers Mohamed Osama and Queen Al-Sharif.
Quality, workmanship, and creativity are present ... but the only negative is (time) and delay.. what he thinks is not long.. what works for him.. and (waiting) for the completion of the rest of the plans to be evaluated again

وهذا ماوجدته في مكتب ثلث الله يعطيهم العافيه
وخصوصاً م. محمد اسامه و م. جعفر متعاونين جداً ومبدعين في نفس الوقت .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من الكلام اللي اسمعه من الشباب ان التصميم ياخد وقت طويل غير التعديلات الكثيره. لكن كلمه حق ربي وفقنا بمكتب ثلث وتوفقنا بان اللي اشتغل على مخططنا المهندس محمد والمهندسه ملكة من اول جلسه اعطيناهم اللي نحتاجه في المخطط وماشاء الله كل اللي نحتاج او في بالنا وضعوه في التصميم. افكارهم مذهله. للامانه يشتغلون ويصممون كان البيت لهم ويهتمون بك كانك انت العميل الوحيد عندهم.
From what I hear from young people, the design takes a long time, other than the many modifications. But the word of God’s right, he helped us with a third office, and we were successful in that the one who worked on our plan, the engineer Muhammad and the engineer, the queen, from the first session, we gave them what we needed in the plan, and God willing, everything we need or we have in mind, they put it in the design. Their ideas are amazing. To be honest, they work and design, the house was theirs, and they take care of you as if you were their only customer.
