★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا وتخيلوا لايوجد وسيلة تواصل للعميل مع الشركة مجرد رقم واحد تتعب حتى تحصل عليه واذا اتصلت يقول الرد الآلي اضغط 0 للمساعدة ثم يتركونك فتحوا فرع بالقصيم ثم اغلقوه وعملاء القصيم اصبحوا مهملين ويظطرون للسفر من اجل اضافة مفوض فقط

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمات ما بعد البيع اسوأ مايكون، عطوني عرض في رمضان كوبونات مع السيارة وللأن ما استلمتها لي تقريبا اربعة شهور شويت السيارة بالضبط في 19/4/2021 واليوم التاريخ 27/07/2021 اكثر من ثلاثة شهور والكوبون يماطلون فيني وماسلموني اياه، استفسرت في تويتر بخصوص اجراء التنازل عن السيارة وقالوا سيتم التواصل معك ولا احد تواصل، الزبدة المصداقية هي اساس التعامل وهي اللي تعطي الشركة احترامها لدى العملاء بدون مصداقية كل شي راح يكون سئ، ايضا ملاحظة اخيرة مركزين صيانة بالرياض مزدحمة جدا تجلس اكثر من ساعتين عشان تغير زيت بس .
The after-sales services are the worst, they gave me coupons during Ramadan with the car, and because I didn’t receive them for almost four months, I grilled the car exactly on 19/4/2021 and today the date is 27/07/2021 for more than three months and the coupons are delaying me and they didn’t give it to me, I inquired on Twitter Regarding the procedure for giving up the car, they said, “You will be contacted, and no one will contact you. Credibility is the basis of dealing, and it is what gives the company its respect for customers without credibility. Everything will be bad. Also, a final note, two maintenance centers in Riyadh are very crowded, you sit for more than two hours to change the oil only.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ متحسف قد شعر راسي اني خذيت منهم نصيحة استاجر سيارة باليوم ولا تاخذ منهم لا تلفونات يردون ولا تعامل زي الناس ي شيخ قسم بالله حلال فيهم تتلف سيارة عن طريقهم او تسحب عليهم
I felt sorry for my head that I took advice from them to rent a car for the day and do not take from them the phones do not answer and do not treat people like people.
