★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had some bad experiences with this shop. First I purchased an item which turned out be incorrect and they refused to refund. So, I am stuck with an item I can not use, even Though I was able to provide proof of purchase within 24 hours. Another incident, I went there to buy three engine parts, naturally I wanted to make sure they were the correct ones. They refused to allow me to check the parts, instead they wanted me to buy, then check ?.! What a rip off. I don’t recommend buying parts from this store. There are plenty of other Ford Parts store. In the end, I walked out of the store and they lost 3 sales and a valuable customer. See you
