★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أرجو أن تتاح الفرصة للشباب السعودي للمساهمة الفعالة في مباشرة العمل في مثل هذه الشركات ( ليس من قبيل السعودة الإلزامية فقط ) وإنما بالمبادرة الحقيقية وقد سبقتها في ذلك دول كثيرة اتاحت للمواطنين العمل في هذا المجال وصبرت عليهم بالمتابعة والتوجيه والدورات التدريبية والحوافز التشجيعية وليس أقل من ذلك نحتاج والى المبادرة نتطلع ولكن بسررررعة فنحن في زمن المبادر هو المتحكم بالسوق !!!
 I hope that the Saudi youth will have the opportunity to actively participate in starting work in such companies (not just as a matter of compulsory Saudization), but with the real initiative, and many countries have preceded it in that, allowing citizens to work in this field and have been patient with them through follow-up, guidance, training courses and incentives, and nothing less. We need the initiative and we are looking forward, but very quickly, as we are in the time of the initiator who controls the market!!!
