وكذابين يجحدونك عادي ما عندهم اي مشكلة شركة فاشلة بكل المقايس يا جماعة الخير لا احد يشحن عندهم نصيحة 10 ايام السيارة جاية من جدة الي القصيم كلمت مدير المنطقة ما يعرف شي عن شغلة واغلبيت الموظفين ما يردون علي الجوال حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم

And liars deny you. It’s normal. They don’t have any problem. A failed company by all measures. Good people. No one charges for them. Advice for 10 days. The car is coming from Jeddah to Al-Qassim. I spoke to the district manager.

وصلتني بحالة سيئة مصدومة في الوجه والمرايه والجنط الامامي الايمن
تسألهم ليش ؟؟ يقولو ماندري ولا احد يتفاهم معك ولا عندهم ادنى مستويات فن التعامل مع العملاء.
انصح بعدم التعامل معهم
I shipped my new car with Al Bassami
I received it in poor condition, with a broken face, mirror and right front wheel
Why ask them?? They say Mandri, and no one understands with you, nor do they have the lowest levels of art of dealing with customers.
I advise not to deal with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ شركة نقل سيارات ممكن تتعامل معهم.تأخير و مماطله و عدم احترافيه سواء بالفرع او حتى بخدمة العملاء.شحنت سيارتي معهم و كل يوم تقريبا يبلغوني راح تصل بموعد محدد و فجاة تتاخر السيارة يوم ثاني.عدم مراعاة لمصلحه الناس و ارتباطاتهم.و اخص بالذكر الاستاذ ايهاب سامحه الله اخرنا يومين بسبب وعوده.عموما انصح بعدم التعامل معهم و التوجه لشركة اخرى و حتى لو كانت اغلى بالسعر.
The worst car transport company you can deal with. Delays, procrastination and lack of professionalism, whether in the branch or even customer service. I shipped my car with them and almost every day they inform me that it will arrive at a specific time and suddenly the car is delayed on a second day. Mr. Ehab, may God forgive him, delayed us two days because of his promises. In general, I advise not to deal with them and to go to another company, even if it is more expensive in price.
