كنت معهم والزوجة العام قبل الماضي وكان بفضل الله حج ميسر
جزى الله كل العاملين بها خيرا
An excellent campaign, their appointments, their services and their place in the Jamarat.
I was with them and the wife the year before last, and thanks to God, it was an easy Hajj
May Allah reward all its employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حججنا معهم عام 1442 كانت حجه استثنائيه بمعنى الكلمه
لم نكم نعرف عنهم شي لانها من حملات مكه المكرمه ونحن من نجد وكان سبب الاختيار ان موقعها كان قريب من الجمرات
واكثر الحملات المعروفه لدينا قفلت الحجوزات
لكن الحمد لله رب العالمين الذي وفقنا بها
تواصلهم مع الحجاج ممتاز سواء اتصال او واتس اب او تويتر بسرعه يتجاوبون
1 /قريبه من الجمرات نذهب لها مشيا على الاقدام ومن يستخدم كرسي متحرك سهل الوصول للجمرات من الحمله
2 / المكيفات بارده جدا رغم حراره الاجواء كلها سبلت
3 مستوى النظافه ممتاز المستلزمات الصحيه كمامات مطهرات صابون مناديل شباشب ولدورات المياه متوفره بشكل لا تتوقعه غسالات الملابس طاولات الكوي
4الاسره كانت مريحه والفرش والبطانيات جديده نحن من فتحها
وزعو شناط لكل حاج بها كل ما يلزمه والموجود كله من النوعيه الممتازه
5/البوفيه مفتوح 24 ساعه وفيه اكثر من بوفيه
الوجبات الرسميه كانت دون المستوى لانه حج استثاني بسبب الكرونا (الحمله ليس لها يد فيه )
6 /عياده طبيه
7/عملو معايده جميله جدا ومسابقات وهدايا لكن المكان لم يخدمهم وهدايا راقيه لمن كانت حجته حجه فريضه
8تعاملهم جميل جدا ودودون
9/ المواصلات فاخره وسائقين محترفون ومرشدين رائعون
عيوب الحمله
عدم وجود مصلى للنساء وعدم وجود مكان للمحاضرات
العشوائيه خاصه عند وصول الحجاج لمنى وتوزيع الغرف
كانو مواعدين الناس كل 3 في غرفه وعند الوصول تفاجئو بان العدد 8 مما سبب بعض المشاكل بينهم وبين الحجاج
ارجو ان اكون وفقت
We performed Hajj with them in 1442, and it was an exceptional Hajj in the truest sense of the word
We did not know anything about them because it was one of the holy campaigns of Mecca and we are the ones from Najd. The reason for choosing was that its location was close to the Jamarat.
And most of our well-known campaigns have closed bookings
But praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, who has guided us with it
Their communication with the pilgrims is excellent, whether by phone, WhatsApp or Twitter. They respond quickly
1 / Close to the Jamarat, we go to it on foot, and whoever uses a wheelchair, it is easy to reach the Jamarat from the campaign
2 / The air conditioners are very cold, despite the heat, all of them are split
3 The level of hygiene is excellent, sanitary supplies, masks, disinfectants, soap, napkins, slippers and toilets are available in an unexpected way, washing machines, ironing boards.
4 The beds were comfortable and the mattresses and blankets were new. We opened them
Distribute bags for each pilgrim with everything he needs, all of which are of excellent quality
5/ The buffet is open 24 hours, and there is more than one buffet
The official meals were substandard because it was an exceptional pilgrimage because of Corona (the campaign had no hand in it)
6 / medical clinic
7/ They made a very beautiful greeting, competitions and gifts, but the place did not serve them and classy gifts for those whose argument was an obligatory Hajj.
8 They are very nice and friendly
9/ Luxurious transportation, professional drivers and great guides
Disadvantages of pregnancy
There is no prayer room for women and no place for lectures
Randomness, especially when the pilgrims arrive at Mina and the distribution of rooms
They were dating people every 3 in a room and upon arrival they were surprised that the number was 8, which caused some problems between them and the pilgrims
