★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعطلت عندي إنارة مرايا المغاسل وهي من نوع نادر، حيث احترق الترانس وبحثت عنه لدى أكثر من 29 محل تقريباً من أشهر وأكبر محلات الكهرباء في الرياض (الغرابي، البطحاء، حراج بن قاسم القديم، الديرة، البديعة، السويدي الغربي، الملز) ولم أجد أحد يصلحها، وبعد محاولات يائسة..
مصادفةً دخلت متجر "رمز المختص" فاستقبلوني باحترام وأعطوني قارورة ماء شرب وأكدوا لي أنهم سيصلحونها خلال يومين وبالفعل صدقوا ..
لم يصلحوها فقط؛ بل قاموا بتعديل احترافي .. حولوها LED فأعادوها بشكل أفضل مماهي عليه جديدة .. وأفضل من طريقة المصنع.
هنا أشخاص يعملون بروح فريق واحد وهم كادر مميز يعملون باحترافية ومهنية عالية
الحقيقة أن المتجر ليس مجرد مكان بيع أجهزة كهربائية فقط؛ إنما فريق استشاريين محترفين في الكهرباء مبدعين بحق وخلوقين جداً ومحترمين ..
أعجز عن شكرهم❣️
