★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم .. شركة جداً سيئه لدرجة اني ادعي الله ما اتعامل معهم مره ثانيه ..
السبب شحنه وصلتني وكملت شهر وانا مو قادر استلمها واذا كلمتهم قالو عندنا توصيل فقط مافيه استلام من الفرع او المستودع .. اكلم الموظفات يقولون ولا يهمك استاذ ممدوح تم تحويلها على المتسعجل .. المستعجل اخذ اسبوعين عشان يجيني تحديث على الشحنه .. في الاخير يجيني تم التسليم وانا اساساً ما استلمتها .. وكلاء لشركة صينيه واتمنى اتمنى اتمنى ماعاد توصلهم شحنه لي ابداً .. اشكر الموظفه اللي ساعدتني على استلام شحنتي بكل احترافيه .. وشكراً

The reason is a shipment I received and it has completed a month and I am not able to receive it. If they say that we have delivery only, there is no receipt from the branch or warehouse.. I talk to the female employees and they say you don’t care, Mr. Mamdouh, it was transferred to the urgent.. The urgent one took two weeks to get an update on the shipment.. Finally, it was done Delivery and I basically didn’t receive it.. Agents of a Chinese company and I hope I wish I never received a shipment from them.. I thank the employee who helped me receive my shipment in a professional manner.. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء شركه واجهتا تعامل سيء والمناديب للاسف سيئين كانت عندي شحنه ودقيت على المندوب المندوب قالي شحنتك ف المستودع جيت باخذها يوم وصلت للمستودع جيت للموظف قالي انو طالبيك طلعت من مندوب ثاني!!! يعني كل واحد يقول طلعت من مندوب ثاني
The worst company to deal with is bad and the delegates are unfortunately bad. I had a shipment and I called the representative. The representative said your shipment was in the warehouse. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء شركة توصيل تتعامل معاهم. تخيل تجيني رسالة بوصول الشحنة ورقم المندوب واتواصل مع المندوب وكل شوي يقول ساعة ثم بعدها ساعة ثانية ومماطلة لمدة 4 ايام قهرني بالاخير اذهب استلمها من المستودع وتوبة اتعامل معاهم
The worst delivery company to deal with. Imagine I get a message with the arrival of the shipment and the number of the representative and I contact the representative and every little bit he says an hour and then a second hour and procrastinating for 4 days, he finally overpowered me, I go to pick it up from the warehouse and repent I deal with them

طلبيتي لها اسبوع معاهم من مندوب للثاني والكل يعتذر ان العنوان خطأ وهي خارج منطقته

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their agent contacted me to get my location but he did not come and even not respond to his mobile. they put delivered on my shipment but i did not receive any thing. They are not responding on their office number.
الخدمة سيئة جدا لا يوجد من تشتكي له هاتفهم لا يجيب والمندوب تواصل معي لاخذ العنوان قبل أسبوع ولا يرد على رسائلي او إتصالي بعدها . تفاجئت برساله من موقه Bangood بأن الطلبية وصلت والحقيقة لم تصل رقم هاتف من تواصل معي موجود

The service is very bad, there is no one to complain to, their phone does not answer, and the representative contacted me to take the address a week ago and does not respond to my messages or calls afterwards. امس كلموني ويقولون فيه رقم جوال اخر هل لك او لا !!!
و بيتواصل معك المندوب
ولا شفنا شيء
الطلب كان من ٥ الى ٧ ايام ويوصل
الان اكثر من ١٥ يوم
وعندي مناسبة قريبا
ايش الفايدة من الطلب بعد المناسبة !!
شركة تعبانة واللي يمدحوهم منهم وفيهم

And we didn't see anything
The order was from 5 to 7 days and it arrived
Now more than 15 days
I have an event soon
What is the point of ordering after the occasion!!
