انا احد ركاب رحلة شركة نجمة سهود والمتجهة الى عمان يوم ٢٠/١٠/٢٠١٩
قام سائق الحافلة وبالتنسيق مع المكتب بتحميل ركاب من خارج المجمع وفي الشوارع وبدون اَي قيود او تسجيل لاسمائهم حيث قام بتحميل ما يقارب ال١٠ ركاب من باكستان وغادر المنطقة وبعدها ب١٠ دقائق توقف وقام بتحميل ١٥ راكب من بنغلاديش ونقلهم الى مدن داخلية ( كداد عالخط) وبدا التضييق على الركاب الأصلين المتجهين الى عمان وبسبب كثرة العدد الزائد بدأ الركاب الإضافيين وأغلبهم عمال بالجلوس في المنطقة المخصصة للعوائل
لم يتم اخبارنا سابقا بان الرحلة ستكون بهذه الطريقة وأنه سوف يتم تحميل ركاب لرحلات داخلية والتي اعتقد انها مسموح بها فقط لشركة النقل سابتكو ومن خلال المجمع وضمن تسجيل اسماء كل الركاب لضمان أمن وسلامة الركاب وممتلكاتهم الخاصة والموجودة داخل الحافلة
كما تم رفع شكوى لهيئة النقل البري لعمل اللازم

I am a passenger of Najmat Suhoud Company flight to Amman on 20/10/2019
The bus driver, in coordination with the office, loaded passengers from outside the compound and in the streets without any restrictions or registration of their names. He loaded nearly 10 passengers from Pakistan and left the area 10 minutes later. He stopped and loaded 15 passengers from Bangladesh and took them to the inner cities (Kadad Al Khat). Due to the large number of passengers, the additional passengers, mostly workers, started to sit in the family area.
We were not told previously that the journey would be this way and that passengers would be loaded for domestic flights which I think is only allowed for SAPTCO transport company and through the complex and within the registration of all passengers to ensure the security and safety of passengers and their private property inside the bus.
A complaint was also filed with the Land Transport Authority for the necessary action
