توفر اغلب بضائع السوق.
اسعار تنافسية.
لكن صادفت موقف من مسؤول او صاحب المحل رفض لاحد الزباين ترجيع سروايل لم تفتح اساسا بحجة انه لا يوجد سبب مقنع من العميل حاول العميل التفاهم معه دون حدوث مشكلة واصر المسؤول على اختلاق مشكلة من لا مشكلة وان الترجيع حرام!
ونسي انه سياسة وزارة التجارة تحتم عليه بسياسة للاستبدال والاسترجاع بدون ماتسال. محلاتكم ماشاءالله معروفه في السوق وبدات من الصفر ، ولكن خرج اليوم زبون وبكرة قد يزيد العدد طالما هذه الامور من اعلى سلطة او من يمثله نتمنى مراعاة العملاء الاهتمام بخدمتهم.
