★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من خلال تجربتي معهم غير منظبطين بموعد التوصيل لدرجه الامبالاه وخدمه العملاء ردهم غير مرضي اذا قدمت شكوى لهم ويلغون طلبك مباشره واسعار التوصيل من الشركه اغلى من مراكز التوزيع والبقالات
Through my experience with them, they are not regulated in the delivery date to the point of indifference and customer service. Their response is not satisfactory. If you submit a complaint to them, they cancel your order directly, and the delivery prices from the company are more expensive than distribution centers and groceries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النجمة عشان اعلق ع شكوتي ولا مايستاهلوها اسوء تطبيق ابدا ماعندهم التزام ولا مصداقيه ( انا من المدينه طلبت من الطبيق ودفعت لانو ما في خيار تاني غير انك تدفع اون لاين وقالولي التوصيل خلال ٤٨ ساعة وماطلوني ٥ ايام بحجة ضغط عمل .. لغيت طلبي وطلبت منهم يحولولي المبلغ ماحولوه ولما رجعت اتواصلت معاهم طلعو حاطيين المبلغ ف المحفظه عندهم !!!!!!!! انا مقدمه شكوى ع التأخير والمماطله ولما الغي الطلب واطلب انو فلوسي ترجعلي تحطوها ف المحفظه بدل ماترجعوها ع حسابي البنكي ! قوة الاستخفاف بالزباين ما عندهم اي مشكلة يخسرو عملاءهم .
The star is to comment on my complaint, and they do not deserve it the worst application. They have no commitment or credibility. (I am from the city. I asked for the application and I paid because there is no other option but to pay online and they told me delivery within 48 hours and they delayed me 5 days under the pretext of work pressure.. I canceled my order and asked them to transfer me They did not transfer the amount, and when I came back, I contacted them, they put the amount in their wallet!!!!!!!! I am filing a complaint about the delay and procrastination, and when the order was canceled and I asked that my money be returned to me, I put it in the wallet instead of returning it to my bank account! their clients.
