★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst water company I have dealt with. There is no professional conduct within the head office/call center. The drivers have no customer service and are rude. For the past year, I have been dealing with drivers who do not do their job. Every week I have to call and fight with a driver to bring my water. Having a water delivery service is meant to keep my life a little simpler. It is a headache. Drivers don’t show up for the weekly delivery. When I call, they don’t answer. And when they do answer, calls are hung up on me. I have called customer care numerous times to make a complaint. Nothing has been done. I am not even sure if those complaints go anywhere else or left at the desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gives my neighbor 5 bottles while leaving my bottles empty, stating "there's no more bottle left in the truck".
Saw him stopping 3 blocks away and taking out 2 or 3 bottles, when I confronted him about this behavior at that spot this is how it went.
Him: there was not enough water.
Me: then how did you get these bottles?
Him: this is for special customers.
Me: so you're telling us to die? and I'm just asking for 1 bottle.
Him: what can I do there's no bottle , you can have a look at the truck.
At this point I just left, he's more likely to say "it will not be enough".
Not the first time and I don't believe it will be the last.

If you don't want a headache every time you order, avoid this company.

Don’t ever use Nestle water
I ordered via online and one guy came in a small van (his name is Ali +966 56 535 9584
Sold me 25 coupon book and gave me water then informed me someone else will deliver weekly, then he disappeared (seems he got his commission for new customer)
After that no one called and when calling nestle water Compny they don’t care about customer
Very disappointed!!
Seems like I lost my money buying coupons

So I totally don’t recommend anyone to buy water from nestle or Manhal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading all these comments i realised I'm not the only one, lots of people have the same bad experience and apparently the company doesn't even care, with all these complaints & bad ratings their services keep getting worse everytime.
They used to be better than this when i first subscribed, it's a shame.
Anyways, does anyone know a better alternative for water delivery and coupons?
