الحذر من الشراء منها بالذات من يقدم على البناء
حيث أن خدمات مابعد البيع و سياسة الاسترجاع سيئة جدا
اشتريت منهم بلاط و ترويبة
الترويبة لم تناسب السيراميك
وبسبب بطء أعمال البناء ومضي وقت أكثر من شهر تم رفض استرجاع أكياس الترويبة
أسعار مرتفعة وسياسة استرجاع سيئة
تم رفض الاسترجاع بسبب مضي أكثر من شهر
رغم أن هذا الأمر غير واضح بأن هناك وقت للاسترجاع على واجهة الفاتورة بل في الخلف وغير ظاهرة
ولا يوجد مقارنة مع المحلات الأخرى في السعر وسياسة الاسترجاع وحسن التعامل

انا اخذت منهم بلاط و سراميك و كان تعاملهم جداً رايع
لذا أرجو من الشركة تزويدي برقم مامور المبيعات بالتجزية اللى في فرع نجم الدين حي نمار
لا اتمكن من طلب زياده سرميك ليتم تجهيزه لى وشكراً

خدمة سيئة جدا بعد البيع
اشتريت من عندهم بلاط كمية ١٥٠ متر بعشرة الآف ريال
ونقص علي بلاط ٣٠ متر
يقول ماعندهم سيارة للتوصيل الكمية المتبقية
قليلة
وهي تكملة البلاط اللي أخذت من عندهم
....
المحلات الصغيرة والله اذا نقص علي بلاطة واحدة أمنها لي ووصلها للموقع
