Frankly, the exhibition is wonderful and the dealing is beautiful. It is one of the best agencies I visited because of the staff’s behavior as usual. The employee does not give me enough information or give me options. For those who came here, I literally benefited and came out and I was satisfied. All thanks to the professor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret that I have to make such a negative review, but unfortunately my experience with this Hyundai location has been completely unacceptable. I will make a brief summary of their issues, and then you can read more if you choose to.
1. After you make your purchase, do not expect any further customer service or management support.
2. The managers will tell you that they will call you back with problem resolutions, but they will not call you, no matter how many times you follow up.
3. They verbally will blame you as the client for mistakes that are made by their staff.
The full story: I purchased from them based on a really great promotion they were running on the last 2020 Sonatas. The promo included a 10,000 SAR credit to LG. It took almost 3 weeks for me to obtain the car after all processing requirements. I was told someone would contact me about the LG credit. Once I got the car, I had to take a trip to the US. The trip ended up being extended for business reasons, so I was gone for a month and 10 days. When I returned to Jeddah, I followed up with them and was told to call LG. I called LG and they said they had no record of my name or credit. I went to the Hyundai location to talk to them face to face, and they told me that the sales associate made a mistake and didn't register me in the system properly, and then they told me that I was checking on it too late. Of course I protested and told them that I had to travel, and that I shouldn't be punished for the mistake of their sales associate. They said they were sorry but I should have checked sooner. Just a little date context, I received the car in June and followed up in mid-August.
I pushed as hard as I could to get them to see that it isn't acceptable to just send a client away without any attempt to rectify the mistake that they made. Finally I was told that they would raise the issue to another level of management and see what they could do, even if it wasn't exactly the credit for LG. I appreciated that they were going to try. They assured me that a manager would call within a week. I followed up weekly for 3 weeks by whatsapp with the individual who was trying to help me. He continued to say someone would call. No one called, no one cares, and that is why I had to let you know to proceed with caution when buying from this dealership. They don't care about the client after the sale, they don't take accountability for their mistakes, and the managers don't deserve to be in management positions.

Also they don't have some vehicles in this branch such as Elantra & Creta...
I was dissapointed because this is the second branch which had poor sales team..... the same situation is in auto mall Hyundai showroom.... There are 5 tables for representatives and only 2 are available....
They seriously need to look into this...

I mean come on, I'm the customer here not you, your number one goal should be customer satisfaction not how your muscles look in a thobe/or your make up
this naghi branch is ?.. they should seriously look into who they hire as salespeople...
also not all cars are available in this branch
