Refused to accept my car for fast regular maintenance as they are very busy and will close for praying after 40 whole min and won't able to serve me before 3 hours !
The branch was full off ford cars !
The agent asked me directly to go to another branch 15 min far and to go there after 1:30 !!
I wasted a whole day just to do a regular maintenance of oil change
