★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بخصوص الخدمات المحدد ثمنها بغض النظر عن الثمن في حد ذاته ااستوقفتني كثيرا خدمة مناقشه قضيه لتوقيع العقد هل يتوجب علي من يريد اسناد قضيه لمحامي ان يدفع مقابل المناقشه وهل قبول المحامي للقضيه امرمحسوم طالما دفع الشخص وماذا عن صاحب القضية في حال لم يقتنع بهذا النقاش اواتضح له ان المحامي لم يستوعب القضيه اولن يعطيها حقها دراسه وعملا عليها هل يسترد مادفع لااظن والالما طلب منه ثمن خدمه هي اصلا للمحامي وليست له فالبديهي ان المحامي يدرس القضيه ليقرر قبولها من عدمه ويحدد اتعابه للعميل الذي بدوره يقيم الاتعاب هل تناسبه اولا هذا اقرب للمنطق والعقل. (بخصوص تكاليف خدماتكم فانا لم اعلق عليها فلكم مطلق الحريه في تقديرها لكن تسميه مناقشه قضيه بخدمه لها مقابل وتصنيفها ضمن خدمات العملاء هذا مااستغربه خاصه عند تبريره بجديه العميل فمن ينوي اقامه دعوي او اقيمت ضده ويبحث عن محامي يمثله لايظن فيه عدم الجديه لكن ارجوتوضيح المقصود بالتكلفه الاجماليه المذكوره في ردكم واللتي يبلغ بها العميل هل هي اتعاب توليكم القضيه ام تكلفه المناقشه لتوقيع العقد ؟)
