وحضرت الموقع وجلست انتظر من الصباح الى الظهر علشان الي يقابل كان برا ماجاء وبعد انتظار ساعات جاء
يوم بدينا بلمقابله كان يستصغرني الموظف ويسأل عن اشياء خاصه مالها علاقه بلوظيفه مثل كيف تصرف على نفسك وكيف مقدم علينا وعمرك كذا وتبي تحلق على عمرك ومن وين تجيب فلوس وكم دخلت فلوس وانت بدون وظيفه وكيف عايش ووش تسوي
انا ماادري جاي مقابله شخصيه او جلسه تحقيق
انا ماادري من الشخص الي قابلني هل هو صاحب الشركه او موظف اذا كان موظف اتمنى ياخذ دورات ويثقف نفسه اكثر ويكون مهذب ويحترم الي قدامه
ويوم بحثت عن الشركه ومجالها وجدته شركه جديده مالها اي نجاح كبير ! اي يعني ماله اي تبرير كلام الموظف
مادري علشان جاكم شخص يملك خبره ومؤهل وحط الراتب المتوقع كبير عليكم تقللون من اهميته لعدم وجود فرصه وظيفيه تناسبه؟
مع انه الوظيفه مدعومه من الموارد اي يعني ينصف الراتب من الحكومه وواضح انه الراتب ضعيف جداً
طبعاً انسحبت من تقديمي للوظيفه من سوء اخلاق الموظف او صاحب الشركه اي كان المسؤل الي قابلني
لااتشرف اعمل بشركه تستصغر موظفينه

The day we started in an interview, the employee used to belittle me and ask about special things that have nothing to do with his job, such as how did you spend on yourself, how did you come before us, and your age is like this, and you want to fly for your age and from where do you get money and how much money you entered while you are without a job and how do you live and what do you do
I don't know whether to come for a personal interview or an investigation session
I don't know who the person who met me is, is he the owner of the company or an employee? If he is an employee, I hope he takes courses, educates himself more, be polite and respects those in front of him.
And when I searched for the company and its field, I found a new company that had no great success! I mean, he has no justification for the employee's words
I don't know, because you have someone with experience and qualifications, and the expected salary is too high. You underestimate its importance because there is no job opportunity that suits him?
Although the job is supported by resources, which means that the salary is equitable from the government, and it is clear that the salary is very weak
Of course, I withdrew from my application for the job due to the bad morals of the employee or the owner of the company, whoever the official who interviewed me was.
I don't have the honor to work for a company that underestimates its employees
