وبيع مضخات الماء مثل سكالا التركيب على المشتري ولا يوجد صيانه بالمحل
تجربتي مضخة سكالا2 كانت تعمل بشكل طبيعي قبل سنه تعطلت ورجعت للمحل معي المضخه قالو الخلل من الخزان او الصفايه للخزان او..... او..... او.... بعد الكلام قالو نعطيك مجدد انا رفضت لأنها اقل من سنه في النهاية بعد المراسلة بين المحل والمركز الرئيسي بجده بدلوها بوحده جديده بشرط توقع على ورقه بانتهاء الضمان وليس لي حق في الارجاع لو صار خلل بالجديده..
اتمنى من المحل يطور من تعامله شوي
المضخه كفكره جميله وتحتاج للتطوير
لكن للأسف لم تعجبني واعتذر عن الاطالة لكن نقلت التجربه للفائده

My experience with the Scala 2 pump, it was working normally a year ago, it broke down and I went back to the store with the pump. They said the defect was from the tank or the filter to the tank or.....or.....or.... After talking, they said we will give you a new one. I refused because it is less than a year old. The end is after the correspondence between the store and the main center in Jeddah, replace it with a new unit, provided that I sign a paper that the warranty expires, and I have no right to return if there is a defect in the new one..
I hope the store improves its dealings a little
The pump is a beautiful idea and needs to be developed
Unfortunately, I did not like it, and I apologize for the length, but I transferred the experience to the benefit
