فيه واحد مهندس الشعلان وواحد اسمه معتز راقين بكل معنى الكلمه يقدمون حلول واسلوبهم وطرحهم جميل
In all honesty, the administrators are excellent
There is one engineer, Al-Shaalan, and one named Moataz Raqin, in every sense of the word. They offer solutions and their style and presentation are beautiful.

اسهل ماعليهم اخذ العربون واصعب شي عندهم ارجاعة راح ينشفون دمك.
مراوغين وغير واضحين بالتعامل ويقلبون الطاولة عليك ويطلعونك انك المخطيء بالقوة.
يتعاملون معك على انك انت الي محتاجهم مو وكانك عميل. ومستحيل يعتذرون او يعترفون بالخطأ.
ما انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا ابدا. حذاري يا اخوان ويا اخوات من التعامل معهم ومن التعامل مع اي وسيط عقاري. سوق الوساطة العقارية بالمملكة سوق تقليدي سيء جدا.
Beware of them. Never professional
The easiest thing for them is to take the deposit, and the most difficult thing for them to return is, they will dry your blood.
Dodgers and unclear in dealing and turn the tables on you and tell you that you are wrong by force.
They treat you as if you were the one who needed them, not as if you were a customer. It is impossible to apologize or admit mistakes.
I would never recommend dealing with them. Beware, brothers and sisters, from dealing with them and from dealing with any real estate broker. The real estate brokerage market in the Kingdom is a very bad traditional market.
