First: They broke their promise and the contract between us, and the details of the kitchen were not prepared as we agreed, and they delayed its installation. Secondly; When installing the kitchen it turned out that they did not take the measurements correctly, the refrigerator door did not have room to open!!!! Sorry that the refrigerator has two doors and it is not placed in this place!!! Knowing that the refrigerator was in front of them when they came to take measurements and there is no denying… Indicative of their poor measurements when installing marble, the doors of the lower cupboards did not open!!! Imagine that. The simplest things they could not calculate and balance with each other. Marble and cupboards!!! Third: We agreed on the edge of the upper cupboards in a certain shape and paid for it. When installing, they said we only have another shape that we did not choose, which forced us to choose it so as not to delay the installation of the kitchen. Fourth: The marble is half yellow and half white. I did not check this problem like checking its fractures, imagine with me my kitchen I did not use it after its broken marble!!!!!! Fifthly: After installing the upper edge of the wheels, they broke into one of the wheels’ doors, so we contacted them to take it and fix it. When the cupboard door came back in another color. And they convince us that it's the same color!!!! After we settled in the house, we contacted Brother Nasser. They responded to us to take the cupboard door and change its color…. And they returned it to us in the same color as the previous one, different from the rest of the wheels, but it's okay :) We told them about the broken marble and they promised us to come fix it and no one came. Not to mention they ruined the parquet that cost us and I didn't enjoy it yet when they installed the kitchen as well as scratches in my washing machines. God is enough, and yes, the agent.
