★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مو طبيعي كمية الاستهتار بالعملاء!!! طلبت طلب ووصلني اشعار انه تم التوصيل ويوم اشتكيت الغو الطلب ومع تكرار الشكوى قالو المندوب اتصل ومافيه اي رد والغينا الطلب!!! طيب والمبلغ الي اخذتوه؟ على العموم هذا اخر تعامل مع هالتطبيق بعد ما استرجع حقي كامل.
 It is not normal the amount of disrespect for customers!!! I ordered an order and received a notification that the delivery was done. The day I complained, the order was canceled and with the complaint repeated, they said the representative called and there was no response and we canceled the order!!! Ok, and how much did you take? In general, this is the last deal I dealt with this application after I got my full rights back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف اكلوا فلوسي بدون وجه حق… طلبت اكل من شاورمر ب 80 ريال واتصل المندوب وانا في دورة المياة وليس معي جوال… وبعدها غادر تواصلنا معهم قالوا ماعندنا لك اكل ولا فلوس… بالله عليكم ماذا يمكنكم اخوتي القراء ان تصنفوا مثل هذا العمل الا انه اكل اموال الاخرين بدون حق … على الرغم ان المطعم قريب منا ولو قالوا ارسل السواق لنا نعطيه اكلك لكان ارسلته لهم…لكن شكلهم وزعوا اكلي على العمالة وانا اكل هوا… معاملة سيئة والان ابحث عن شركة توصيل اخرى للمطاعم او ساطلب من المطعم مباشرة…. المشكلة اني اطلب شهريا من هنقرستيشن شهريًا بما يتجاوز 600 ريال لكن مافيه تقدير للعميل.
Unfortunately, they ate my money unlawfully… I asked for 80 riyals from Shawarmer, and the representative called while I was in the bathroom and I had no mobile… Then he left our communication with them, they said we don’t have food or money for you… By God, what can you, my fellow readers, classify as this work, except that it ate money? Others have no right… Although the restaurant is close to us, and if they said send the driver to us, we will give him your food, I would have sent it to them… But they look like they distributed my food to the workers and I eat air… Bad treatment and now I am looking for another delivery company to restaurants or I will order from the restaurant directly…. The problem is that I order from Hungerstation every month for more than 600 riyals, but there is no appreciation for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an unsatisfied customer. You should have a help line to get in touch with any of your agents. Most of the times i place an order and have to wait for more than an hour before it gets cancelled for an unknown reason and there is no way to get hold of anyone at hungerstation to give me a status on my order. This is totally unacceptable
