★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت مع الشركه مؤخرا لشراء سكن في جده .. والحقيقه كان تعاملهم جدا راقي ومحترم وبالاخص الاخ عبدالعزيز دخنه .. رجل محترم ومتعاون لابعد حد .. انصح بالتعامل معهم للمصداقيه في عروضهم وجودة المباني ووجود الضمانات
 I dealt with the company recently to buy housing in Jeddah.. In fact, their dealings were very elegant and respectful, especially brother Abdulaziz Dakhna.. a respectable and helpful man to the fullest extent.. I would recommend dealing with them for the credibility of their offers, the quality of the buildings and the presence of guarantees.

من لا يشكر الناس لا يشكر الله، تعاملت مع الاخ خالد بن محفوظ حقيقة شاب خلوق متابع ومتعاون في حدود امكانياته.
اما بخصوص الشركة فالاسعار مبالغ فيها وخدمة ما بعد البيع عندهم بطيئه وغير مكتملة وتخصيص المواقف في العقار غير عادل بين الشقق.
اتمنى لكم التوفيق و الأفضل.

He who does not thank people does not thank God. I dealt with brother Khaled bin Mahfouz, a true young man, a follower and a collaborator within the limits of his capabilities.
As for the company, the prices are exaggerated, and their after-sales service is slow and incomplete, and the allocation of parking spaces in the property is unfair between apartments.
