★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف قرات كثيرا عن سوء تعاملهم بالتجاهل واللا مبالاة بالعميل
قصتي معهم كالتالي
سنترالهم لا يرد عليه احد وبعد عدة محاولات توصلت لشركة المنجم للاغذية فشرحت له معاناتي مع شركة بريدة بعدم ردهم فاعطاني مشكورا رقم تحويلة الرئيس التنفيذي ورقم خدمة العملاء وقال لي الله يعينك غيرك كثير ولكن اتصل على الرئيس التنفيذي اذا ما رد عليك كلم خدمة العملاء والله يكون بعونك شكرته وفعلا اتصلت على الرئيس التنفيذي واخبرته بمشكلتي بان السنترال يتاخر جدا ما يرد عليك الرد الآلي وايضا تحويلة شركة بريدة لا يرد عليها احد فاعطاني مشكورا رقمه الخاص وقال سوف يتواصل معك احد موظفين المبيعات وفعلا اتصل علي مهند وطلبت من الموقع واوقات العمل للاجتماع ومرت خمس ايام بدون اي ارسال فابلغت الرئيس التنفيذي برسالة واتس وصورت له بان مهند لا يرد على رسائلي وبعد يوم وحدت رساله من مهند يرد علي السلام فقط بدل من ان يتصل او يعتذر عن عدم الاتصال او الرد على الرسائل اكتفى فقط بالرد على السلام والرئيس التنفيذي ولا له حس ولم يعقب حتى برساله واحده حتى السلام لم يرده
اذا كانت هذه إدارة الشركة فماذا ترجي من الموظفين
عموما اعتقد هي شركة لخدمة شركات المنجم فقط وليست لخدمة عموم الناس
نصيحة محب وبعد بحث اكثر من شهرين لن تجد افضل جودة واتقان وقوة ومتانه وحسن واحترتم للعميل من شركة CGS اتصال واحد فقط ورد شخص اعجمي ومع ذلك بعد هذا الاتصال جائني اتصال منهم في خلال ثلث ساعه وزيادة على ذلك طلبت منه مكان الشركة ارسله في ثواني وقال اذا تحب تجي الله يحييك هذه اوقاتنا واذا تحب اجيب لك جميع كاتلوجاتنا واحضر عندك
وللعلم هم وكلاء كارير في السعودية ولو ذهبت هناك سوف تجد جميع سيارات الشركات الكبرى مثل المراعي نادك الصافي مايسترو بيتزا ...
