★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة ممتازة وتعامل راقي، تعاملت معهم من عام ٢٠١٤ والى الآن الشركه تتطور وتضيف أنظمه لتسهيل عملية الإيجار. صيانة المبنى كانت ممتازة، وإستجابة سريعة في حال أتصالي لحل مشكلة في السكن.
 An excellent company and sophisticated dealings, I dealt with them from 2014 to now. The company is developing and adding systems to facilitate the rental process. Building maintenance was excellent, and quick response if I called to solve a housing problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب سيء جدا من ناحيه الرد والتواصل مع العميل اولا ماعندهم قسم لخدمه العميل ولارقم موحد لخدمه العملاء ثانيا ترسله رساله واتسأب غالبا يقراها ولايرد بحجه الانشغال طيب انا عميل مثل الي انشغلت معاه !!! واذا رد هذا اذا رد يرد بعد كم يوم وبعد ماترسل لهم اكثر من رساله وحتى الاتصال مايردون عليك الانادرا يعني اهمال وعدم اهتمام بالعميل وسوء تنظيم وانا اتكلم من واقع تجربه وموقع معاهم عقد اداره املاك وراح الغي العقد معاهم ان شاء الله
A very bad office in terms of responding and communicating with the customer. First, they do not have a customer service department, nor a unified number for customer service. Second, they send a WhatsApp message, often read it and do not reply under the pretext of being busy. Ok, I am a customer like the one I got busy with!!! And if this is replied, if it is answered after how many days and after you send them more than one message and even a call, they rarely reply to you. It means neglect and lack of interest in the customer and poor organization. I speak from the reality of experience and a sign with them. A property management contract and the contract with them will be canceled, God willing.
