نصيحه اعتمد المعماري بشكل نهائي اولا قبل تدخل في المخططات التنفيذيه عشان ما يدفعونك فلوس على كل تعديل
لا تدفع لهم كامل المبلغ المتفق عليه حتى تستلم اعمالك بشكل نهائي
مراجعة العقد قبل التوقيع وتحديد مدة التسليم عدد التعديلات المجانيه على المخططات التنفيذيه واما المخططات المعماريه فأغلب المكاتب تجريها مجانا.
Their job is somewhat choise but they overpower the mood in their dealings with customers
Tip Adopted architect definitively first before entering into the blueprints so as to pay you money on each amendment
Do not pay them the full amount agreed upon until you receive your business once and for all
Reviewing the contract before signing and determining the delivery period. Number of free amendments to the executive drawings.

استقبال المهندس حسين هاتفيا قمة الادب والذوق
المهندس صبري راجل طيب ويحب يخدمك
المهندس ياسين وهو اللي ينفذ المخطط باله طويل رغم كثرة العمل على مخططات اخرى
متجاوب لأبعد الحدود مع تعديلاتك للمخطط المعماري
يعاب عليه عدم استغلال المساحات والفراغات والاختصارات في تنفيذ المخطط ولكنه رجل متجاوب مع العميل ويلبي رغباتك بحق..
المكتب واضح مع العميل في آلية الدفعات مع مراحل التنفيذ.
اشكر له سعة صدره ولم اجربه في الانشائي التنفيذي بعد
