★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a scummy and unprofessional place, i had the misfortune with dealing with a rather vulgar individual, Abdul. I went to receive a western union transfer, only to be told my passport is not a form of ID? After some back and forth he came to the conclusion it is, only to be told it can take 2 or 3 hours and i should come back later, i explained it takes minutes not hours, its the 21st century and not the 18th, after which he said 15mins. After returning 15mins later, i was met with an angry Abdul who demanded i tell him why i am back, after explaining again why i am there and reading out the western union email to him i was finally allowed to collect my money.
After asking Abdul his name, which he reluctantly gave. I informed him i will be filing a complaint, to which he said the number doesn't work and ersal dosent have a complaints department. All the staff try to belittle any customers they have and expect you to beg and plead with them. Why western union deals with these types is beyond me. Avoid if you can. I will be complaining to the ministry.
