★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ مكتب ونصب علني خدمة سيئة عدم وجود حجوزات للفنادق والفنادق بعيدة جدا عن الحرم وعدم وجود باصات للانتقال للحرم كذابين وتم احضار الشرطة للفندق الخاص بهم فندق الجابري يوم ٢٨ و٢٩ رمضان والباشا المسئول عندهم تتصل عليه مبيردش لا انصح أي شخص بالتعامل معهم

لا انصح بالحجز معه وبالاخص الباكستانى الموجود بالمكتب وهو اللى يحجز ويستلم قيمة الحجز وعند التواصل معه لشرح مشكله يقول كلم المشرف وللاسف المشرف ما يقدر الشكاوى ولا يحل المشاكل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مكتب ممكن تتعامل معاه الفندق بعيد عن الحرم ٥ كيلو مش ٢ كيلو زي م بيقول وكمان فندق غير اللي قال عليه ولا فيه باصات من الفندق للحرم ولا اي حاجه والفندق زباله طلعنا الغرفه كان موجود العدد كامل فيها وهو مدينا الكارت بتاعها وفضلنا اكتر من ٤ ساعات لما لقينا غرفه وفضلنا نرن ع المكتب محدش بيرد علينا لو فيه تقييم بالسالب كنت عملت جطط

Also in the program with their partner who we bought Omarah program from they promise us nice room WiFi and make me pay extra for that
