اشتريت فرن غاز أونلاين ولما وصل طلع كهرباء وليس غاز خليت الفرن في كرتونه دون تشغيل وتواصلت معهم واعترفوا ان الخطأ في كتابة المواصفات من الموقع وانهم يتحملون مصاريف الشحن .. تم الشحن وبدأت المماطلة وعدم التجاوب .
ثم أخبروني انهم استلموه مني لكنه غير شغال !!! وقد تم استخدامه !!!
وبعد مماطلة تفضلوا علي بتحويل المبلغ مخصوم منه مصاريف شحن الاسترجاع
خذوا حذركم
This is my predecessor with them
I bought a gas oven online, and when electricity came out, not gas, I left the oven in his carton without running and contacted them, and they admitted that the error in writing specifications from the site and that they bear the shipping charges .. It was shipped and started delaying and not responding.
Then they told me that they received it from me, but it is not working !!! It has been used !!!
