The response was received after 3 weeks, by rejecting the claim for a very clear reason. The response to it is supposed to be within only two days

تأمينهم مايمشي بأي ولا بأي مستشفى ولامستوصف ولاعياده
الكل يقول تأمينك مايمشي عندنا
حيث ان اسعارهم غاليه جدآ
واذا جيت تظيف تابع او عامل علا بوليصة التأمين يحسبو عليك حق سنه كامله حيث ان البوليصه ع وشك الانتهاء لم يتبقى علا الانتهاء غير عشرين يوم
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم

Securing them does not go to any hospital, clinic or clinic

As their prices are very expensive
And if you hire an employee or worker on the insurance policy, they will calculate the right of you for a whole year, since the policy is about to expire, only twenty days are left to expire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتمنى يردون على الانصالات وفوق ذا تروح لهم ويقولون بنرفع الاوراق للماليه لهم 12 يوم ولا جاء شي
I hope they respond to the calls and above that you go to them and say we raise the financial papers for them for 12 days and nothing came

وتضيع معاهم في الاتصال او اي وسائل اخرى لا انصح به
Too bad the car is fully insured
You get lost with them in communication or any other means that I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate them negative. Think of a company whose landline is not working probably because of non payment of telephone bill. Even nobody response at the toll free number. Imagine how their customers must be suffering and regretting choosing them as their insurers.

I went there for a claim after trying to contact them many times over the phone . They dont answer unless you wait maybe 30 mins . They dont answer to their website requests
