★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة ما بعد البيع سيئه جدا. طلبت لابتوب لي اسبوع. ولا احد تواصل معاي لا مندوب ولا غيره. وادق على خدمة العملاء ما يردون. ما ادري ليه حاطين خدمة عملاء.
واتصل على إدارة الشركه على كل التحويلات ماحد يرد. ليه طيب.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم أون لاين وطلبت الإسترجاع ارجعوه بعد مارحت للمقر الرئيسي للشركة وكلمت مديرهم أرسلوا مندوبهم أخذ الجهاز والآن لي شهرين مارجعوا المبلغ ولافيه تجاوب هاتفياً وعن طريق الإيميل يردون أنهم أرسلوها للقسم المختص لحل المشكلة (وردد ياليل ما أطولك).
