ويوم شغلت المنتج بعد أربعة أشهر صار مايعمل رجعت للفرع قال الموظف نصدر لك فاتورة بدل بخمسين ريال
وش الاستغفال
حتى الان اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء من اسبوعين ولا احد يرد
الشركة إلى الطريق المنحدرة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة جدا سيئة ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم..باعوا لي منتج فيه خراب واستبدلوه بثاني فيه خراب ورفضوا الاستبدال بجهاز من نوع آخر..والصيانة سيئة ولا عندهم سالفة
ماشفت اجتماع الناس على سوء محل مثل هالمحل..والتعليقات خير شاهد.
ذكروا بردهم علي هنا أنهم استبدلوا المنتج بمنتج آخر جديد، حبيت أؤكد أن المنتج الجديد فيه نفس خراب المنتج الأول، والمنتج الأول عند الصيانة إلى يومكم ويبوني أكرر الخطأ وأودي المنتج الجديد للصيانة ثم يستبدلونه بثالث خربان كذلك، وعلى هالسيناريو إلى أن يرث الله الأرض ومن عليها
 A very bad experience and I do not advise dealing with them..they sold me a damaged product and replaced it with a second one that was damaged and refused to replace with another type of device..the maintenance is bad and they do not have any of the above
I have not seen people meeting in a bad place like this one.. and the comments are the best witness.
They mentioned in their response to me here that they replaced the product with another new product, I wanted to confirm that the new product has the same ruin as the first product, and the first product is in maintenance to your day. They want me to repeat the mistake and put the new product in for maintenance, then they replace it with a third damaged one as well, and on this scenario until God inherits the earth and those on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة والنحمة كثير في حقهم ...شركة سيئة جداً .. يمكن العاملين في المبيعات فرع لين جيدين في التعامل ولكن الادارة سيئة وحاطين رقم مجاني للتواصل وما يردون عليه .. خدمة ما بعد البيع والصيانة سيئة .. انصح بعدم التعامل معهم .. اشتر منتجك الكهربائي من الوكيل مباشرة واستمتع بالصيانة المجانية خلال فترة الضمان بدون وجع الراس مع موزعين مثل هالشركة .. ضمان التركيب سيء وتعاملهم مع المشكلة اسوأ .. واللي يعلقون بشكل ايجابي هنا اشوف انهم ثلاث اخوان ويمكن لهم علاقة استثمار مع الشركة
Star and grace are many in their right...a very bad company.. the sales workers in the Lynn branch may be good at dealing, but the management is bad and they have a free number to communicate and they don't respond to it.. the after-sales service and maintenance are bad.. I advise not to deal with them.. buy your product The electrician is directly from the agent and enjoy free maintenance during the warranty period without a headache with distributors such as this company.. The installation guarantee is bad and their handling of the problem is worse.. Those who comment positively here I see that they are three brothers and they can have an investment relationship with the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما انصح بالتعامل معهم.. بعد ما ياخذون فلوسك بمكينة الدفع الألي ما يجيبون المكيف اوالجهاز اللي شريتةيسحبون عليك مواعيد كذب ودجل لي عشر ايام اطالبهم لين رجعو الفلوس ناقصة مع طولة لسان والله على ما اقول شهيد
I do not advise dealing with them.. after they take your money in the automatic payment machine, they do not answer the air conditioner or the device you bought. They draw you dates of lies and deceit for me for ten days.
