فرعكم مخرج 10 خالد بن الوليد يوجد فيه الموظف السوداني اسمه ابو الوليد ، شريت مواد وسترجعتها في نفس اليوم أستلمها ورفض يرجع لي المبلغ خلال مماطله اكثر من اسبوع رجع لي المبلغ كاش مخصوم منه 20 بالمئه، هل هاذي سياسة شركة النشمي بالاسترجاع.

Your branch, Exit 10 Khaled bin Al-Waleed, has a Sudanese employee named Abu Al-Waleed. I bought materials and will return them on the same day I received them and refused to return the amount to me during procrastination for more than a week. The amount was returned to me in cash, deducted from it 20 percent. Is this the policy of Al-Nashmi company to return?

الاسترجع والاستبدال سيئين فيه وللاسف سوف يتم التعامل مع غيره انت تتعامل بمواد بناء اذا زادت او بغيت استبدلها لازم تكلم ابو فهد الي مايرد علي جواله وحق المبيعات يقول مايقدر يسوي لي شي للاسف البعض يخرب على نفسه ويخسر زباينه بالتعامل الخطاء
