تم شراء فوانيس خارجي .. عند إستلامها بعد يومين وجدت ان الفوانيس بدون كراتين و فيها خدوش. سألت مدير الفرع عن ذلك، وقال ما فيه مشكلة !!!
تم التواصل مع إدارتهم بالرياض وحُلت المشكلة ..
ارجوا الإنتباه من ذلك ان تستلم المنتج بكرتونه ..
I got a problem with them ..
External lanterns were purchased .. upon receipt two days later I found that the lanterns were without cartons and contained scratches. I asked the branch manager about that and said there is no problem !!!
Their administration was contacted in Riyadh, and the problem was solved.
Please note that you receive the product in a carton.
