There were three cabins and only cabin 3 was working other two were empty.
One old Sudanese guy was working at his slow pace.
I wanted to upgrade my tickets to business class and he said call our customer care service to upgrade them. He being travel agent of al musafir how come had no authority to upgrade it ?
He just wanted to deny for work.
Very poor service of this office.
I strongly recommend not yo visit this office again.
