★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صديق عزيز علي اشترى مكيف وتعطل خلال شهر، وعند مراجعة المعرض لإصلاحه كونه تحت الضمان افادوه بأن يقوم بالاتصال على رقم الشركة، ورقم الشركة لا يتم الرد عليه، والمعرض رفض استلام مشكلتي.
نصيحة اختاروا محلات خدمة العملاء لديهم جيدة.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة مجرب ابعدوا عنة ، قد قمت بشراء عدة مكيفات من عندهم وكنت انتظر تواصلهم يوم التركيب واتفاجئ باتصال منهم بنفاذ موديل المكيف وان لدي خيار بمكيفات اخرى لعدم توفر العدد وانه سيتم تأجيل موعد التركيب كذلك وبعد التركيب أتفاجأ بان هنالك مكيف من المكيفات لم يتم تركيبة بشكل صحيح ويوجد فيه ميول وسبب لي مشاكل وقمت بالتواصل اكثر مره والاتصال على للرقم الموحد ورقم الهاتف ولكن لايوجد رد !!!
