★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم ممتاز جداً قبل كتابة العقد اما بعد كتابة العقد تجد المماطلة والكذب والتأخير وعدم الرد تم تركيب الابواب وبعد اقل من شهر من تركيبها اختلفت ميزانية الابواب ولم تعد تقفل تجربة سيئة علماً بان الابواب كخامة وشكل جيدة
Their treatment is very excellent before writing the contract. After writing the contract, you find procrastination, lying, delay and lack of response. The doors were installed, and less than a month after their installation, the budget of the doors changed and no longer closed, a bad experience, knowing that the doors are of good material and shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معاهم سيئة بصراحه الاخ المصري الموظف كلمني كذا مرة لأنه وجد اتصالاتي عليهم ومدح لي الابواب وكل شي وارسل لي الموقع واول ما وصلت قال لي لازم تاخذين ١٠ ابواب ما اقدر ابيعك طيب يا اخ يا محترم خبرني بهذي المعلومة قبل اطلع من بيتي ، ولما قلت له ليش ما قلت لي قال طيب خوذي فكرة عن الابواب ?? احسنت الظن وقلت يمكن اسلوب تسويقي قال لا ماراح ابيعك بس بيتكلم ? Nooo comment
My experience with them is bad, frankly. The Egyptian brother, the employee, called me this once because he found my contacts with them and praised me for the doors and everything. He sent me the website and the first time I arrived he told me that you have to take 10 doors, I can’t sell you OK, brother, respected, tell me this information before I go out of my house, and when I told him Why didn't you tell me he said ok take an idea about the doors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التجربه معا هذه الشركة كان عليها ملاحظات اداريه ولازالت
علما بان خامة المنتج ممتازه ولكن للاسف يجب الحذر من التالي
١-اخطاء في الطلبيه ماهو متفق عليه في العقد مخالف لمًا تم توريده لمشروعنا لذا يجب الحذر قبل التركيب حيث ما يتم توريده مخالف لمًا هو في العقد .
٢- تمرير بشتاء الطرق الخطاء وتناقض بين مستلم المشروع ومسؤول التوريد
٣-محاولة الاقناع بان تقبل بماهو موجود او الانتظار لمدة شهرين لتصحيح الخطاء
٤- لايوجد صراحه بارتكاب الاخطاء من قبل الاداره بل يحاول قلب الموضوع .

2- Passing the wrong winter ways and a contradiction between the project recipient and the supply official
3- Attempting to convince to accept what is available or wait for two months to correct the mistake
4- There is no frankness in making mistakes by the administration, but rather trying to turn the matter around.
