★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل شكليا ممتاز من ناحية التنظيم...لكن للأسف نصف الاغراض من العده غير موجود...وهذا عيب كبير في محل بهذه السمعه العريقه.....
 The shop is nominally excellent in terms of organization...but unfortunately half of the items from the kit are not available...and this is a major flaw in a store with this ancient reputation.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ اداره إدارة فرع الاحساء المبرز ..وأسوأ تلبيه لطلبات الزبون...ساعه كامله انتضار لشراء سكروب.
وبعد طول انتضار يقول لك غير موجود.
عرض للادوات سيء جدا ومتعب للعين والرقبه ..تحتاج جوال وكاميرا لتصوير اس رقم قطعه.
انتضار تنفيذ الطلب .
انتضار تحضيره.
انتضار السداد.
انتضار الاستلام..
