★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة لوجه الله انا متضرر منهم ويمكن ما اكون الشخص الاول لكن المعرض هذا فيه موظف سوداني اسمه فهد هو اللي اتفقت معه لتصميم وتنفيذ مطبخ والتزمت معهم بالشروط والدفع كاملة وبدأت المماطلة من موعد التسليم الى اسبوع ثاني بعد عدة اتصالات ومشاكل معهم ويوم ركبوا المطبخ صار فيه مشكله بمقاسات الابواب وخذوها معهم للتعديل وماجاء الرخام الا بعد 5 ايام واليوم جت الابواب المعدلة الا اليوم وصار فيها خطأ مع انهم مواعديني الخميس وبعدها قالوا الجمعه وبعدها قالوا السبت المغرب والان وصلوا الساعه 10م وفيها خلل ثاني ? مادري اضحك والا انقهر لكن كتبت هالكلام وفيه تفاصيل تغث الكبد لكن اذا تعاملتوا معهم حالوا انكم تاخذون حقكم بالمطالبه والشروط وتقييد ( موعد التسليم بالعقد ) والله يبعدنا واياكم عن المشاكل

But if you deal with them, they make sure that you take away your right to demand, terms and restriction (the date of delivery of the contract), and God will keep us and you away from problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشغل جيد مع المصانع التي يتعاملون معها ، لكن من يأخذ المقاسات للاسف رايح فيها واغلبها خطأ ، ويشترطون قبل التركيب يدفع المبلغ كامل عشان يسحبون فيك على كيفهم عند وجود مشكلة ،،،
انصح الي يتعامل معهم يشترط في العقد ان لايتم دفع المبلغ كامل الابعد التركيب ، عشان تمسكم زين.

I advise those who deal with them that the contract stipulates that the full amount is not paid after installation, in order for Zain to hold you.
