انصحكم لااحد يسوي عندهم شيء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركبين عندهم ثلاجات ويماطلون فينا لهم ثلاث شهور مصنع لا يوجد عنده مصداقية ولا أمانة لا أنصح بالتعامل معه أبداً لو كان فيه اقل من نجمة حطيت لان حتى نص نجمة كثير عليهم

فصلت عندهم ثلاجات ودفعت لهم 70٪ من قيمة العقد وطلعت لهم للمحل لقيت المحل مغلق حاولة اتواصل مع الارقام الشركة مافيه رد منهم
نصيحه عدم التعامل معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقسم بالله ازفت شركة سوينا عندهم قبل 6 اشهر ثلاجة عرض مفتوحة بطول 7 متر كلفت علينا تقريباً 60 الف ريال تخيل 6 اشهر فقط ثم بدت جهة من الثلاجة ما تبرد كلمتهم يجون للصيانة لي شهر وانا اتصل عليهم يرد علي المصري يقول جب فني يصلحه لك وارسل لنا الفاتورة ههههه جبت اكثر من فني يقول الثلاجات الكبيرة هاذي مانعرف له !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً تم تركيب ثلاجات عليها ضمان سنتين بقيمة 200000 ولم يلتزموا بالصيانة احذركم من التعامل معهم اخسر شوي زيادة و تعامل مع العمران او الاهلي او استورد من الصين افضل والله اني لكم من الناصحين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل الآن مغلق .. وتجربتي سيئة معهم ولكن بحثت عن مكان المصنع ووجدته وأخذت ثلاجتي منهم وتعطلت علي بعد يومين من الإستلام ولأني أعرف مكان المصنع استطعت الضغط عليهم والخلاص منهم ، يجب أن يقف مثل هذا العبث بأموال المسلمين .. صاحب الحلال تعامله سيء تجاهل اتصالات مماطلات واعذار واهيه اخرها السوداني متلاعب .. بل أنت المتلاعب وأسأل الله مثل ماعطلتني وعطلت غيري وتسببت علينا بالأضرار أن يسلط عليك من فوق سبع سماوات / وعلى فكرة هذي الأحداث اسم جديد كان لها اسم سابق اسمه اظن اسيل ولكن بعد ما فاحت ريحتها غير الأسم وهكذا وبعد فتره بيطلع بأسم جديد ويستمر بالضحك على المسلمين
واتمنى ان نتحد جميع المتضررين بشكوى واحده ضده
حتى يتوقف أمثال هاؤلا .. من ليس بقدر من المسؤولية تجاه الأخرين .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة حراميه ونصابين و جداً جداً جداً سيئه ولا أنصح أبداً في التعامل معها، في البداية قالو لنا الثلاجه بتوصل بعد ١٥ يوم، ثم اختلف الأتفاق وما وصلت حسب الوقت المتفق عليه. والمحاسب اللي تعاملت معه من البداية ودفعت له عربون ١٠ اللاف مقابل ثلاجة تبريد ٣ متر ما صار يرد، وتواصل معي صاحب الشركة (يقول تم فصل السوداني بسبب تلاعبه او ما شابه ذالك) وللأسف بعد تواصل صاحب الشركة أتضح لي انه هو بعد مماطل ويلعب على عقول العملاء ولا عنده لا صدق ولا أمانه وما صار يرد علي لا جوال ولا إيميل وكل اللي يسويه صاحب شركة مماطله. حسبي الله عليهم عطلوني عن تكملة مشروعي الصغير، و الأن لنا ٦٥ يوم ولا زلنا ننتظر الثلاجه. انا الأن ابغى عربوني بطلت من الثلاجه لكن لا صاحب الشركة ولا الموظفين صارو يردون.
عموماً، انا ببدا أرفع شكوى عليهم واوقفهم عند حدهم في النصب والأحتيال علينا. حنا في وطن فيه أنظمته الواضحه وقوانينه الصارمة
ملاحظة: حسب بحثي حول الشركة وجدت ان تعليقات الحاصلة على ٥ نجوم في قوقل ماب زملاء صاحب الشركة، وعامل في الشركة، تعليقات السيئة هي فعلاً ناس حقانيه وصادقة وتتكلم في الحق.

These people are scammers, we paid a down payment of 10k SAR, and we been told that the order will be ready in 15 days! And now it’s been 60 days and we haven’t even heard back from them. First, they will make excuses about it, then they will ignore you and never response.
NOTE: after carefully search about the company I found out that the good reviews you guys see in their post here at google map is NOT honest reviews, because these guys are the friends of the company owner so they just supporting him
A very, very, very bad company, thieves and swindlers, and I would never advise dealing with them. At first they told us the refrigerator would arrive after 15 days, then the agreement differed and it did not arrive according to the agreed time. And the accountant that I dealt with from the beginning and paid him a deposit of 10 thousand in exchange for a 3-meter refrigerator, he did not respond, and the owner of the company contacted me (he says the Sudanese was dismissed because of his manipulation or something like that). Neither the customers nor his have no sincerity or honesty, and he has not responded to me, no phone, no email, and all that is settled by the owner of a procrastinating company. God suffices me for them. They prevented me from completing my small project, and now we have 65 days and we are still waiting for the refrigerator. I now want to give my credit. I have left the refrigerator, but neither the owner of the company nor the employees are responding.
In general, I begin to file a complaint against them and stop them at their limit in defrauding and defrauding us. We are in a country with clear regulations and strict laws
Note: According to my research about the company, I found that the comments that received 5 stars in Google Maps are colleagues of the owner of the company, and a worker in the company. The bad comments are really true and honest people who speak the truth.
