★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة مع الاسف سيئه لنا اسبوعين مليانه الحاويه جابوا حاويه ثانيه ولم يستطيعوا شيل الحاويه القديمه مكسوره رد علينا اول مره ثم لم يرد حتى الواتس يقرأ ولا يرد نصيحه اهرب منها
حتى الموقع في قوقل حوش مهدم مافيه احد والرقم غير صحيح

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحاوية امتلئت بعد 4 ايام وتم الاتصال بهم لابلاغهم بضرورة ازالتها وللاسف الان لنا مايقارب 18 يوم ولم يحركوا ساكنا علما اننا نتصل بهم بشكل يومي وردهم المعتاد غدا ان شاء الله او العذر الآخر اللوكيشن خطأ ومازالت المعاناة مع هذه الشركة للاسف مستمرة
The container was full after 4 days and they were contacted to inform them of the need to remove it. Unfortunately, now we have about 18 days and they have not moved a finger, knowing that we call them on a daily basis and their usual response is tomorrow, God willing, or the other excuse. The location is wrong and the suffering with this company is still unfortunately continuing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالنسبة لتجربتنا معهم بعد مماطلة الموظف لنا بحثت عن رقم آخر لهم ووجدت حسابهم في الانستقرام وضع رقم آخر لإبداء الملاحظات وتم الاتصال به شاب من أبناء البلد خلوق ومحترم ومنجز لعمله حتى اني لم اكمل ملاحظتي ع الموظف ومماطلته الا طلب إرسال الموقع وصورة الحاوية ورقمها ولم تمضي سويعات الا واتوا واخذوا الحاوية، وددت التنبيه ان هناك بعض الموظفين لايهمه شي، لذلك تواصلوا دائما مع أصحاب الشركة او أحد المدراء ولا تضيعوا أوقاتكم، . وضعت ثلاث نجمات لسرعة التعامل والإنجاز من قبل مديرهم، و امتنعت عن باقي النجوم بأسباب مماااااطلة الموظف.
اتمنى إني أفدتكم ولم اهضم حق أحد.. مع جزيل الشكر.
As for our experience with them, after the employee’s procrastination for us, I searched for another number for them and found their account on Instagram. Another number was put in place to make comments. A young man from the country was contacted, he was kind, respectful, and accomplished his work. I even did not complete my observation of the employee and his procrastination, except for the request to send the location, the picture of the container and its number, and hours had not passed. But they came and took the container, and I wanted to warn that there are some employees who do not care about anything, so always communicate with the owners of the company or one of the managers and do not waste your time. I put three stars for the speed of dealing and achievement by their manager, and I refrained from the rest of the stars due to the reasons for the employee's procrastination.
