★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا اشتريت من محل عادي مكيف سبلت كرفت جديد كرتون ويقول صاحب المحل الضمان في الداخل تاريخ الشراء اليوم هل يبداء الضمان من تاريخ الشراء من محل عادي أم هي لعبه من المحل ونصب واحتيال بي الموضوع لأن مكتوب في كرت الضمان لا يسري هذا الضمان اذا لم يتم التعبيه النموذج المطلوب مثل الاسم ورقم العينه والي آخره أفيدونا لو سمحتوا في هذا الموضوع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله أتعبوني ولا تجاوب على ايميلاتي ولا أجد طريق للتواصل معهم وتوجد ارقام ولا أحد يرد عليها أبدا وغسالتي لها اسبوعين خربانه للأسف شركة اسمها قوي ولكن شكله العاملين عليها يبغوا يحطموها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سمعه على الفاضي و انا شاري لبيتي مكيفات و للاسف ماكملت ٨ شهور خربت واتصل على الصيانه و مواعيد علشان يجون و بعد ما جو قالي الفني خلال يومين نوفر القطعه المتعطله ولي الان ٥ ايام وانا اتصل اترجاهم يردون و اذا ردو سمعو الي عندك انتظر لين يفضون لك و طلبت المسؤول وتقولي الموظفه ماعندنا صلاحيات انك تتواصل مع المسؤول طيب تعالوا خذو مكيفاتكم طولت خربانه ولا احد صلحها ولا حل المشكله .
ما انصح التعامل معهم مماطلين و اكثر اجهزتهم يوزعونها ولا يتاكدون من وضعها وفي الي يشتري كميات و من خارج الرياض و في الاخير بتغيره على حسابك ولا راح يجونك في شركات بديله و افضل .
