★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة غير مهنية، ذهبت معهم للحج عام ٢٠١٨م - ١٤٣٩ه، انا وزوجتي، مستوي التنظيم ضعيف خاصة في التنقلات بين المشاعر، لا يوجد مرة ركبنا فيها الباص بدون مجموعة من المشاكل مثل قلة معرفة السائقين بالطرق أو عدم وجود أماكن أو سوء تنسيق للموعد وعدد الركاب أو تغير في الالتزامات
بالإضافة إلي تمتع فريق العمل من اصغر لأكبر شخص بقدر لا بأس به من التهرب من المسؤولية، في كل مشكلة يبدأ اللوم علي أطراف أخري سواء بالصدق أو بالكذب، مع العلم أن بعض هذه الأطراف مثل الشركة المسؤولة عن التنقلات تم التعاقد معها عن طريق شركة سهيل ذاتها
كما لم يتم الالتزام بكل النقاط الخاصة بالتعاقد، مثل المبيت ب مني وعدد دورات المياه

Also, all the points of the contract were not complied with, such as accommodation with me and the number of toilets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ذهبت معهم للحج عام 2018. أولا مفيش تنظيم نهائي في الموصلات. من اول يوم سائق الاتوبيس أنزلنا في مني و قال اذهبوا انتم للبحث عن المخيم. مشرف الاتوبيس أما غير متواجد أو يتهرب من اي مسئوليه. المكيفات مش شغاله خاصه في مخيم النساء. يتم قطع المياه كل شوية في مخيم النساء. كل المشاكل اللي موجوده يبرر لها انها مش من عندهم و انها مسؤولية الوزارة. يوم مزدلفة لم يكن هناك مشرف الاتوبيس و قام السائق بانزلنا في وسط الطريق. حملة غير منظمة بالمرة و تفتقد الي المهنية في التعامل.حتى التوجيه الديني كان ضعيف و فيه تضارب في الأقوال
I went with them for Hajj in 2018. First, there is no final organization in the transportation. From the first day the bus driver got off at me and said, "Go look for the camp." The bus supervisor is either not present or evading any responsibility. Air conditioners are not a special work in the women's camp. In the women's camp, water is cut off every year. All the problems that exist are justified because they are not from them and it is the responsibility of the ministry. On Muzdalifah there was no bus supervisor and the driver drove us down in the middle of the road. The campaign is totally unorganized and lacks professionalism in dealing. Even the religious guidance was weak and had contradictory sayings
